Business Excellence Manager
Summary
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ongoing projects, work closely with Project owners to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. To ensure the continuous development of Kasih Company, in a manner that would achieve the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing all project activities in cooperation with senior management and department heads to ensure that all its objectives are met with the required quality and in line with the company's strategic objectives.
- Analyze and study operations using various methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and others, to ensure the progress of operations and the application of the best applied practices.
- Supervising the progress of projects and ensuring that projects are implemented efficiently while adhering to the company’s standards and policies, tracking project performance, and setting priorities to analyze the percentage of achievement in short or long-term goals.
- Create project records, track them using standard project planning and tracking tools, and track assessment of project progress and deviations from planned on them.
- Work with project owners to establish corrective measures when deviations occur in the project.
- Providing senior management with frequent and regular reports on the progress of projects. This should include a summary of deviations from the plan and corrective actions required to put projects on the right track.
- Organizing project management workshops and supporting project officials to implement daily project management activities, including mapping of complex processes, process implementation mechanism and timeframes.
- Develop project plans, maintain a high level of communication with internal and external teams, and provide clear and complete directions, with realistic delivery dates.
- Understand current and future business objectives and ongoing initiatives to ensure the success of the business plan and its alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Analyzing the financial statements related to project budgets, studying the internal and external risks of the project, and building risk policies and a mechanism for internal and external communication.
- Accurate documentation of project creation, development, and implementation as well as project scope, budget, and justification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related field from a reputable institute
- 10+ years' experience in Project Management
- PMP certified.
- Experience in managing different kinds of projects, such as Strategy & Development projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
