  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails/Chats;
  • Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
  • Support the company in developing product and services as per clients requirements.
  • Ensure achievement of all monthly sales target and analyses all company objectives.
  • Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
  • Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  • Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.

  • Should have proven experience of working in Sales function for hardware or building and construction material company.
  • Should have network and contact with Abu Dhabi based contractors and hardware supply companies.
  • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
  • Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
