Your role

We are looking for a Frontend Software Designer to join our Telecommunication Product development team in Abu Dhabi.

Competence:

Proven experience in software integration of user interfaces with applications.
Shall have proven experience in successful deliveries of software projects involving Typescript, Scala, Java or other relevant object oriented languages.
It is beneficial with knowledge in libraries such as React, Redux
It is a merit to have documented knowledge in HTML
In depth experience on User experience and Graphical design
General knowledge in Internet Protocols (IP)
Basic knowledge in system and network adminstration tools
Experience in preparation & release of Engineering and solution documents.

Experience and Requirements:

Experienced Frontend developer with graphic design background
The applicant is encouraged to link to own github url to showcase previous portfolio
Shall have experience in organizing, starting and conceptualize software based on script languages.
Shall have experience in development of test strategies for complex software projects
Successful deliveries of complex software products
Willingness to mentor fresh graduates in SW design
Experience from 4G/5G networks are seen as an advantage.
Experience in network security and IPSec is a merit
Experience from Product development is a merit
10 years in applicable similar roles >8 years in industry
Good English communication skills
Self-motivated and used to work closely with other teams in projects.

This position requires that you undergo a security screening in accordance with the Saab internal processes.
