We are looking for, highly competitive and real estate savvy colleagues to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients for our owned off-plan properties, understanding their requirements, and to bring transactions to a successful close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Leverage on own network to source new clients.
  • Understand client’s property requirements,
  • Conduct site viewings as required.
  • Prepare necessary initial documentation (contracts, leases, deeds)
  • Develop and nurture your own network
  • Stay up to date with real estate laws and trends.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
  • competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Experience:

  • 1 year experience in Real Estate or 5 years’ experience in a luxury sales setting.

Education:

  • Minimum High School Diploma.

  • Valid UAE Driving license and vehicle.
