Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established business in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Project Services Officer who will be responsible for project planning and scheduling, managing critical path logic networks, preparing progress reports, identifying bottleneck areas, coordinating with team members, and preparing delay analysis reports. Additionally, the Project Scheduler will interface with the clients' project managers and zone managers on a daily basis.

<br />- Overseeing project planning and scheduling, managing critical path logic networks, preparing progress reports, identifying bottleneck areas, coordinating with team members, and creating delay analysis reports.
<br />- Monitor and control project schedules to ensure project objectives are achieved within time, cost and quality constraints
<br />- Attend meetings with the client and owner and relay new direction or updated information to the team
<br />- Liaise with the Design Team to ensure that designs adhere to the planned schedule
<br />- Coordinate and communicate with downstream entities and other teams members
<br />- Manage logic networks based on critical path
<br />- Develop weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards for the client
<br />- Update the Baseline Schedule and create executive summary reports
<br />- Identify bottleneck areas and present solutions to management
<br />- Establish systems and procedures to provide services to clients
<br />- Analyze project schedules and identify areas of risk and opportunity
<br />- Prepare time extension or delay analysis reports

<br />Requirements- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role with an undergraduate Civil engineering degree from a reputable university.
<br />- Experience in developing and maintaining baseline programs from limited briefs and input
<br />- ​Proficiency in using Primavera (P6) and MS Project is a must
