الوصف الوظيفي

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help

us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and must have the

dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The Senior Business

Development Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and Gross Profit

objective. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and

forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

● research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth

areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of

reaching existing markets

● generate leads and cold call prospective customers

● meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

● foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

● understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with

a plan of how to meet these

● think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in

order to develop and improve the business

● work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement

operational changes

● draw up client contracts – depending on the size of the company, this task may

be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal

● have a good understanding of the businesses services and be able to advise

others about them

● Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

● keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

● help to plan sales campaigns

● carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior

management/the board of directors

● develop the business sales and marketing strategy.

المهارات

Requirements:

● Average 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B partner management, sales, and

service management for leading brands including end-to-end network and clouds

security solutions.

● Experience in building and growing sales and solutions team; demonstrate strong

capability in planning, strategizing, execution skills, and entrepreneurial spirit.

● Have strong relationships with end-user customers and partners.

● Demonstrate track records of exceeding sales targets.

● Demonstrate ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with

partners and vendors.

● Ability to negotiate large and complex deals.

● Ability to present in customer/partner events.

● A team player who enjoys working and leading in a cross-functional team

environment.

● Strong communication skills and fluent in English.

● Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

● MBA graduate with an IT academic background is highly preferable
