Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with professionals and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in drafting official documents, proposals, and reports.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance suitable for client-facing situations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
