الوصف الوظيفي

– Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.

– Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

– Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.

-Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

-Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.

– Presenting purchase offers to sellers.

– Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.

– Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

– Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

المهارات

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the real estate market or related field
  • Confidence with go getter skills
  • Ability to negotiate with all different type of customers and nationalities
  • Good knowledge of RERA rules for Buying, Selling, and Leasing properties.
  • The ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • RERA certification will be plus points
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, negotiate and conclude deals.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Should be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Languages: Arabic / English / French / Farsi / Russian / Hindi / Urdu / Malayaman
  • Attractive commission structure.
