Employ a variety of advertising strategies to promote properties, such as open houses, property listings, and online marketing campaigns.
Analyze clients' financial situation and determine their needs in order to offer appropriate solutions.

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices;
Proactive in seeking out new learning opportunities, with a natural ability to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly.
Highly motivated to continuously learn and develop new skills, with a quick learning ability.
Able to communicate effectively and confidently persuade others, with strong interpersonal skills.
