PPC Specialist
Job Description
Hi, we're UBRIK media, a tiny agency in Dubai. We've been in business for 10 years and have worked with 100+ brands in the region, and we are looking for a PPC Expert.
This role is not for you:
- If you are a fresher or have no experience in an agency environment
- If you don't have an in-depth understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
- If you have less than 4 years of experience in PPC
So here's what we are looking for:
- PPC Expert in both English and Arabic
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies
- Manage a number of campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok just to name a few and work with a range of clients or internal stakeholders, giving you lots of variety but challenging you to balance a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Work with data, analysing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimize PPC campaigns.
- Have 4+ years of experience in PPC.
- Have done interesting things with brands.

If you’re a good fit for our agency:
- You’ll be creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels (Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Baidu, Yandex, and Twitter)
- You’ll be proactive in terms of coming up with ideas, strategies and tactics for campaigns.
- You’ll be involved in keyword selection and audience mapping across Ad Platforms.
- You’ll monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- You’ll be able to provide landing page and copy optimization recommendations based on data-derived touch points
- You’ll devise and implement effective A/B tests to optimize conversion rates
- You’ll need strong analysing trends and make data-driven decisions
- You’ll be producing detailed analysis, weekly and monthly reports across campaigns
