• 10 years of experience in managing and driving change initiatives from both technical and business perspective.
• Has hands on experience in brokerage, custody and clearing system implementations
• Has sound knowledge on Post trade infrastructure for both cash and derivatives market.
• Has expertise in building and engaging with CXO level for management reporting
• Exposure on organization change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Has experience in driving workshops and sessions.
