الوصف الوظيفي
- Office coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the professional(s)'s and/or management staff's area of responsibility.
- Preparing LPOs, assisting in requisition of store materials and other requirements in the site.
- Assisting the PRO for any administrative tasks.
- Assisting the MD for administrative duties.
- Ticket booking for staffs.
- Assisting the HR Department.
- Any other tasks as required by the management.

- Adept at communicating all the messages to the desired personnel fluently.
- Proficient in maintaining good relations with all the employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
- Thorough knowledge of Office tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant organizational software.
- Enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in collaborating and working in teams to derive the best possible output.
- Must be well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
- Skilled in understanding priorities of various tasks and managing timely completion as per organizational requirements.
