  • Office coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the professional(s)'s and/or management staff's area of responsibility.
  • Preparing LPOs, assisting in requisition of store materials and other requirements in the site.
  • Assisting the PRO for any administrative tasks.
  • Assisting the MD for administrative duties.
  • Ticket booking for staffs.
  • Assisting the HR Department.
  • Any other tasks as required by the management.

  • Adept at communicating all the messages to the desired personnel fluently.
  • Proficient in maintaining good relations with all the employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
  • Thorough knowledge of Office tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant organizational software.
  • Enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in collaborating and working in teams to derive the best possible output.
  • Must be well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Skilled in understanding priorities of various tasks and managing timely completion as per organizational requirements.
