• Valid UAE driving license (Required)
Full Job Description
• Experienced in plumbing works, air conditioning units (repair & installation).
• Maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.
• Maintenance of heating and plumbing systems.
• AC maintenance services. (Chilled water HVAC systems & Split ACs)
• Ventilation/ Hood Extraction services and maintenance.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (doors, cabinets, etc.)
• To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task.
• Knowledge of MEP and Civil works.
• Submit the daily reports to the supervisor,
• Knowledge in carpentry, gypsum works, masonry, painting, handyman works.
• Carry out corrective maintenance , handyman, refurbishment works.
• Good understanding in methods and techniques in any maintenance works.
• Ability to assist and respond any maintenance call outs.
• Familiar in all Dubai routes and location with valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
