12 STOREEZ launched in 2014 with a small showroom and a social media account. We have since grown into an ambitious fashion company with over 1000 employees and partnerships with the likes of Farfetch, WhoWhatWear and SheerLuxe. We launched our global arm in the middle of the pandemic and are currently working on establishing our brand in Europe, the UK and the US, delivering to over 200 countries. Every year, we continue to grow and have talented people working for us across the globe — from London to Cape Town to Los Angeles. JOB MISSION

To be a brand ambassador and implement the company's values among the team

Store manager is responsible for all processes in the store – manages the team, manages the product and retail.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Store management

● Ensure the fulfillment of planned financial targets

● Effectively use resources, including goods, property, money and payroll

● Comply with the corporate standards: service, merchandising, product management, cash operations, and reporting

Team management

● Ensure compliance of job responsibilities and timely determine the staffing needs

● Supervise the compliance of labor discipline, labor protection, sanitary and fire safety requirements

● Supervise the motivation system, timekeeping, payroll, vacation schedule

● Arrange adaptation, coaching and training for new employees

● Create a strong team, comfortable environment, follow the mission and the company's values

Retail and product management

● Ensure a high stock level in the store

● Supervise the state of the sales area according to the checklist

● Arrange marketing events in the store

● Ensure a high quality of service and a comfortable environment for customers in the store

WHAT STAGES WILL YOU GO THROUGH

● At the HR interview, we'll talk about your goals and experience

● We will ask you to perform a test task

● At the interview with the retail manager, we will discuss goals and priorities, and describe the work process

● At the interview with the head of the retail, we will check our understanding of values

● We will send you an offer

المهارات

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR CANDIDATE

● At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role in the lux segment of fashion retail

● Working experience with client base, premium service skills

● Proficiency in basic financial indicators (turnover, average check, CR, UPT)

● Proficiency in cash registers

● Developed skills of training and mentoring

● High level of empathy, communication culture, service
