A reputable and well-established Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their team in Abu Dhabi.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Meeting or Exceeding budget for the territory.
  • Generating leads by cold calling in person and on the phone.
  • Researching customer needs and identifying how our solutions meet them.
  • Dealing with customers’ rejections and turning them into opportunities.
  • Having the urge to sell and succeed.
  • Utilizing the company’s assets, clinical and marketing tools, departments, and personnel to achieve objectives.
  • Complying with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Providing timely reports to Country Sales Manager.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and communicating competition.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Reporting to the GM.
  • Salary: AED 16K

المهارات

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science.
  • 5+ years of sales experience (Sr. Product Specialist/Supervisor).
  • Aesthetic device sales / Derma products experience is a must.
  • Abu Dhabi experience is a must.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Must have UAE Driver’s License and own car.
  • Positive personality and good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Quick learner.
  • Cross-sell all products.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
