- Intermediate negotiation processes of lease, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Conduct intermediate-level negotiations during lease processes, providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and other relevant matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.
- Employ a variety of advertising strategies to promote properties, such as open houses, property listings, and online marketing campaigns.
- Utilize intermediate-level negotiation skills during lease processes, guiding clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and other pertinent factors to guarantee transparent and equitable transactions.
المهارات
Required Skills:
- Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle is an advantage.
- RERA certified preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
- Proven good Sales Track Record.
- Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to earn and can start working on commission basis.
- Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality
- Demonstrating strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Keep abreast of real estate market developments and industry best practices;
- Maintain current knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.
MUST HAVE UAE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
