  • Conduct intermediate-level negotiations during lease processes, providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and other relevant matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.
  • Employ a variety of advertising strategies to promote properties, such as open houses, property listings, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize intermediate-level negotiation skills during lease processes, guiding clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and other pertinent factors to guarantee transparent and equitable transactions.

المهارات

Required Skills:

  • Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle is an advantage.
  • RERA certified preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
  • Proven good Sales Track Record.
  • Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to earn and can start working on commission basis.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Keep abreast of real estate market developments and industry best practices;
  • Maintain current knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.

MUST HAVE UAE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
