Job Description

  1. Achieve the target.

  3. Make appointments and meet with clients to discuss their needs and wants.
  4. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

  6. Go to properties with clients.
  7. Research client income and expenses to determine their buying power and capital.
  8. Provide assistance and support clients in closing deals.
  9. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
  10. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  11. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
  12. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  13. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
  14. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
