The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities
- dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Overseeing general office operations
- preparing letters, presentations and reports
- supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- processing invoices and managing office budgets
- attending meetings with senior management
- Assist GM and CEO

- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
