Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Field Application Specialist to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

Responsible for new customer implementations and user training.
Present the company’s product and provide technical information.
Support customer product evaluations.
Develop and maintain good client relationships.
Build support infrastructure and processes, developing documentation and training materials.
Analyse case trends and provide report/feedback for product improvements.
Manage and resolve customer support issues.
Assist in installations and provide onsite training.

المهارات

Qualifications and Experience:

Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) or equivalent experience in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Genetics, Computational Biology) or a related field.
Proven customer support experience in a highly technical field.
Strategic thinker, self-starter, independent and hands-on.
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel 50% as required.
