• Full responsibility for maintaining a complete collection report by recording details of all interactions with customers.
• Ensuring that company finances are recovered on time through rigorous customer follow-ups.
• Recovering the company’s financial assets in a timely manner through consistent client follow-ups.
• Transfer or escalate the collection process to the necessary department and maintain open communication until resolution.
