Job Summary: The Travel Agent Ticketing Person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by booking and issuing tickets for air, rail, and bus travel. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with booking travel arrangements and issuing tickets
· Provide travel advice, including visa and passport requirements, travel insurance, and currency exchange rates
· Confirm reservations and issue tickets, ensuring accuracy of information and adherence to travel regulations
· Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions
· Keep up to date with industry developments and new travel products

Requirements:
· Previous experience in travel and ticketing
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of travel regulations and industry developments
· Proficient in using computer reservation systems (GDS) and booking software
