Objective:
To make sure that the request is in line with the department and/or company goals and budget,
and to assist the HR department in filling the vacant position in due time.

- Job specification (knowledge & skills):
- The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our microlending company.
- This position will work closely with
- various departments to assess training needs, create effective training materials, and deliver training to employees.
- The successful candidate will have experience in training and development, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Tasks, duties & responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training
plans
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials and programs that align with the
company's objectives and goals
Skills
Education:
• Bachelors degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related
field
Work experience:• 3+ years of experience in training and development in financial sector or similar
business.
Other requirements:• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software
preferred
