Objective:

To make sure that the request is in line with the department and/or company goals and budget,

and to assist the HR department in filling the vacant position in due time.

Job specification (knowledge & skills):
The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our microlending company.
This position will work closely with
various departments to assess training needs, create effective training materials, and deliver training to employees.
The successful candidate will have experience in training and development, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training

plans

• Design, develop, and deliver training materials and programs that align with the

company's objectives and goals
