About the Client:

A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment.

Job Description:

 Prepare feasibility studies for new Joint Ventures in Retail, F&B, Entertainment;

 Create different scenarios based on his / her market understanding and business acumen

 Evaluate the impact of the risk factors on the financial and business performance of new JVs;

 Prepare the detailed business plans for these Joint Ventures;

 Support the onboarding process of these JVs including operations and finance; Benchmark, analyze and comment on the actual financial and business performance of the own companies plus JVs. Focus on business KPIs and their impact on P&L and Balance Sheet.

Qualifications:

 40 y/o and below

 Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

 Minimum 5 years’ related experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance from any retail & F&B or related industry

 Strong knowledge of Excel & Power BI

 Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
