Our client is into Artificial intelligence technology industry. They are now looking for Site Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the site
- Responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, ensuring that the site runs smoothly, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Address any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and motivate staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
المهارات
Preference:
- Strong communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in managing operations, including at least 2 years of supervisory
experience
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to technology and hardware operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for technology
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of experience in managing operations
- 2years in managing team / people.
