Position Title: Senior F&B Recruiter

Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An F&B group based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Identify and recruit talents from job ads posting, assessment, phone screening and interview coordination
- Assess candidates and manage candidate relationships
- Collaborate with HR managers and promote diversity and inclusion
- Facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment process

Qualifications:
- Open to Arab nationals
- 35 years old and below
- Must have at least 3 years of F&B recruitment experience in UAE
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
