Job description

At Orchide Tiles we sell Porcelain Slabs and Tiles from Italy giving our clients a luxury buying experience. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. The Salary could depend on your Sales, you will receive your Salary plus Commission, although it will depend on your targets.

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
• Should be able to communicate with clients.
• Should understand and have knowledge of the product.
• Should be able to provide an extremely strong sales pitch to the clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience in the Tile Industry.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced in the Tile Industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Looks Presentable and Professional.
• Indoor / Outdoor sales.
