Office Manager

Our engineering and contracting company, specializing in supplying engineering products and services to the heavy industry in Jordan, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Administrative Assistan / Office Managert to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities, including receiving and handling information.

Education and Experience:

– Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or Languages
– Knowledge and experience in relevant software applications (spreadsheets, word processing, and database management)
– Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
– Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and other English language skills
– Proven experience in producing correspondence and documents
– Proven experience in information and communication management
– Required typing speed
– Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

– Prepare and manage correspondences, reports, and documents
– Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
– Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings
– Implement and maintain office systems
– Maintain schedules and calendars
– Arrange and confirm appointments
– Organize internal and external events
– Handle incoming mail and other material
– Set up and maintain filing systems
– Set up work procedures
