- Coordinating with logistics agencies for rate negotiation
- Preparing shipping documents
- Coordinating with agencies to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Reviewing goods, purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Making all shipping arrangements as necessary
- Tracking shipments and updating consignees
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.
