- We looking for aggressive and Self-motivated brokers
- Strong Lease/Sales Negotiation and Communication skills
- Disciplined and organized
- Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets
- Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords
- Prospecting properties
- Strategy to source new clients through referrals/ own marketing
- Following company procedures and be a good team player
- Good communication to clients on phone or face to face with kind and respectful manner
- Minimum 1yr Real Estate experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
- Self-motivated, confident, persevering
- Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven
- Experience in real estate is mandatory
