Our client is a Retail company . They are now looking for a Client Experience Executive to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience according to VIP brand standards

• Collects client’s information and registers in the system

• Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative

• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge information and advertisements

• Perfectly masters the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close, and develop) etc.

Preference

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Immediate Joiners

• Visit Visa Holders

Qualifications:

• Must have active listening skills.

• Must be customer-centric

• Excellent negotiation skills
