Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Dubai

Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as an executive assistant or a similar role supporting top-tier executives.
  • Proficiency in English, Russian, and Turkish languages.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and efficiently manage competing priorities.
  • Outstanding face-to-face and written communication skills, along with impeccable professional etiquette.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar with precision, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating events.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, flight bookings, and accommodation with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend important meetings, and take meticulous minutes as required.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and documents at the CEO's request.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and functions, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO, contributing to the organization's overall success.

The successful candidate will be required to work in Dubai. Compensation and additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
