We are Looking for an Accountant in Our Branch in Jordan.
Role and responsibilities:
– Prepares financial reports and accounting statements.
– Generates summary sheets for use by Accounting Manager.
– Processes payroll and prepares payroll reports.
– Allocates expenditures to correct accounts according to departmental procedures.
– Verify Petty cash, payment vouchers and all online payments.
– Reconciles bank accounts daily, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
– Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
– Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or any related field
Experience
1-2 years of experience in the same field.
Competencies
Advanced computer skills in MS Office and databases including Quick Books and Microsoft 365 Dynamics system.
Bilingual (English/Arabic).
Strong technical skills including the ability to effectively utilize technology and the commitment to learning in the technology environment.
Relative working experience in Logistics Industry, F&B, and manufacturing industries is preferred.
