Salary range

40,200 SAR
Accommodation and transportation are provided
At least have 1000 hours in single engine float or 500 hours in Cessna C208 Amphibian
Training experience

Role

To ensure that all line and base maintenance actions are accomplished as per regulation and Company procedures during the available ground time and ensuring that company quality and safety standards are maintained at the highest level.

Performance Objectives

1. Ensure the company Fleet remains safe and airworthy at all times

2. Maintain up to date all airworthy related documents and records

3. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of company systems, procedures and processes

4. Drive and develop continuous improvements in airworthiness and safety

5. Represent company,

6. Ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained on the company fleet.

7. The supervision, inspection and certification of work carried out by themselves and persons under their control, within the limits of their authorization as issued by the Director Quality & Safety.

8. Ensuring that all aspects of their duties comply with GACA requirements and company procedures.

9. Ensuring that all maintenance carried out is documented correctly referring to the relevant maintenance data and that all maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion.

10. Daily monitoring of the aircraft technical logs, Out of Phase tasks, acceptable deferred

defects levels and repetitive defects.

11. To establish that the correct parts have been ordered against ADD's and to establish target dates for receipt and to be proactive in keeping defects to a minimum.

12. To ensure that all records removed from Aircraft Technical log, and any maintenance worksheets, are collected and inputted into the company computer system.

13. To ensure that all parts received hold the necessary certification for use on the aircraft and are applicable to the aircraft they are to be installed on.

14. To ensure that all aircraft data is updated into the company computer system.

15. To maintain a detailed engineering Log

16. Such other duties that may reasonably be request.

17. Undertaking tasks and projects related to aircraft line & Base maintenance;

18. Exercising license/approval in relation to the inspection and everyday processes;

19. Ensuring high-quality work is completed in relation to aircraft, components and completed documentation;

20. Ensuring equipment, facilities and premises are maintained to an acceptable standard;

21. Ensuring crews are suitably debriefed to ensure defects are accurately defined and recorded;

22. Analyzing and interpreting technical information relating to aircraft;

23. Reading engineering diagrams and manuals;

24. Working closely with other departments to complete project work.

Recruitment Criteria

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License acceptable to KSA GACA.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience on aircraft type operated by (C208/C208B).
Excellent technical knowledge, experience and skills of aircraft systems and aircraft type fleet.
Ability to perform all maintenance is in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, airworthiness data or approved data, and that all maintenance records are completed to reflect the referred maintenance as accurately as possible.
Ability to review technical data (MM, ADs SBs etc.) and make judgement on applicability and compliance requirements for fleet.
Familiar with Aviation Regulation. (GACA).
Ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained on the company fleet.
Contribute to the company SMS through active occurrence reporting and, performance indictor commitment with continuous improvements and risk mitigation as measurable outputs.
Excellent command of the English language and understanding technical documents. Arabic language will be an advantage.
Excellent attention to quality and detail.
Excellent communication and general IT skills.
Experience in leading teams, directing workflows and task.
Self-motivated.
