Minimum requirement
- Preparation of Bidder's list from the vendors management system and/or in conjunction with the relevant department.
- Prepares contractual and commercial aspects of procurement of subcontractors and major suppliers, in conjunction with the relevant department.
- Lead in the preparation of tender documents and tender process for subcontractors and majors suppliers as required by the relevant department including the understanding and incorporation of technical requirements.
