Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand. Our client is looking to hire a logistics manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations for our client.
 
 - Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
 - Manage the supply chain from China and Bangladesh to Dubai, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished products.
 - Manage the day-to-day operations of the third-party warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
 - Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance with import and export regulations.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
 - Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
 - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and customers.
 - Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in all logistics operations.
 
 Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
 - In-depth knowledge of international logistics operations, including import and export regulations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
 - Experience working with 3rd party warehouse and fulfillment providers.
 - Strong understanding of E-commerce logistics.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics software.
