Head of Sales – Forex Trading (B2C)
Our client is a leading online wealth management organization with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Head of Sales with a background in banking, or Forex within the fintech industry. The successful candidate will be managing a team of global customer relations ensuring the KPIs are met and achieving the business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing a team of more than 50 people dedicated to providing value to B2C clients to activate, retain, and boost customer lifetime value.
· Ensure that the team's structure, capability, and processes are appropriate for the task at hand and future-proof to meet business expansion goals across a range of geographic areas.
· Establish and take ownership of KPIs for teams to ensure that overall business goals are achieved.
· Lead the team's adoption of tech solutions while negotiating many CRM migrations and brand-new procedures.
· To promote a high energy and performance culture, create a thorough training and development plan, a framework for recognition, and team engagement activities.
· Pay special attention to creating a framework for quality control so that team members may continue to get feedback.
· Create customer retention initiatives, such as promos, refer-a-friend campaigns, and loyalty programs, in collaboration with internal partners.
· Serve as the final point of contact for consumer complaints, establishing standardized methods for handling customer issues.
· Collaborate with insight and analytics teams to create data models that assist in determining the next best course of action for different client groups.
· Work with commercial teams to develop plans for regional and client segment growth.
· Creating and presenting performance insights to draw attention to areas that can be improved.
· As the team's change advocate, you will communicate the organization's strategy and see to it that team priorities are understood and ingrained throughout the team.
· You will be in charge of overseeing the whole employee life cycle and making sure that all performance-related issues are resolved.

Requirements
· Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Fluency in other languages is a big advantage.
· Considerable expertise in managing sizable, global sales organizations with a proven track record of producing desirable business results.
· It is essential to be highly numerate and to have a background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance or a closely connected discipline.
· It is a definite advantage to have prior experience working in a regulated environment, such as one involving banking, payment institutions, or financial institutions.
· Expertise in building and enhancing teams for expansion.
· The capacity to cooperate with others in a team setting, to work in a dynamic environment, and to achieve challenging objectives with various competing agendas.
· A track record of developing productive working connections with corporate partners.
· Developed teams to foster engagement and foster a culture of continual learning.
· Oversaw a team to make sure KPIs are reached to the necessary degree.
