Position Title: Executive Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A fast-growing F&B group in the UAE.
Job Description:
§ Responsible for recipe creation and menu innovation.
§ Plan and price menu items, orders supply, and keep records and accounts
§ Responsible and accountable for the kitchen team and the relationship between the front and back of the venue
§ Take ownership of all aspects of procurement for back of the house restaurant operations, kitchen recruitment, selection, and training for restaurant
§ Ensure that the food prepared in the kitchen is of high quality and meets the standards set by the establishment
Qualifications:
§ 38 years old and below
§ Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience working in Japanese/Asian or Turkish Cuisine)
§ Experience handling multiple restaurant outlets is an advantage
§ Must have valid UAE driving license

- Must have excellent attention to detail, as they must ensure that all food is prepared to high quality and presentation standards.
- Must have the ability to delegate tasks efficiently and manage time effectively to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Have a keen sense of taste and smell, and be able to adjust seasoning and flavors to achieve the desired taste.
- Be able to analyze financial data and use it to make strategic decisions, such as adjusting menu prices or changing suppliers.
