Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full SDLC of IT Recruiting with prior recruitment experience in major tech markets
- Experience using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard-to-fill roles
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, continually seeking new sourcing options, and building a talent pipeline
- Experience developing compelling candidate presentations to showcase the match between sourced talent and the client's requirements
- Responsible for achieving individual sales targets
- Managing the candidate pipeline and candidate submission
- Implement recruitment best practices.
- Build or expand the existing database of technical candidates.
- Sourcing & screen candidates
- Complete the candidate skills matrix
- Validate the candidate’s technical skill set.

- Strong IT knowledge
- Strong search capabilities, and prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, and X-Ray sourcing is a plus.
- Experience in hiring IT professionals.
- Expert level knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Demonstrated achievement in sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-find resources.
- Negotiation and sales/persuasion skills experience.
- Recruitment experience for a broad & deep range of IT roles.
- Possess the interest and ability to understand the technology and to keep abreast of technology trends.
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology.
