As part of NASEC growth plans, we are currently looking for a Senior Design Architect with experience of 8+ years to join our Design team in Dubai, UAE.

Should have good command in using Revit Architecture in designing and building information modeling (BIM). Develops plan and creative-design concepts for projects. Prepares presentation, design drawings, details and plans for project success.

Qualities & Skills

Experienced in Leading the design process during the concept/ Schematic designs stages
Have a good knowledge and experiences with all Dubai authorities, Nakheel, Trakhees, DM, DCD, DDA…etc.
Experience of working in a recognized global/ design offices
Capable of leading large-scale projects in Hospitality, Mixed use, Residential, commercial and High rise.
Excellent design and technical capabilities
Strong leadership/ mentoring skills
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
Flexible attitude and works well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion

Full knowledge of local Authorities requirements, knowledge of codes, regulations and submission requirements.

Ability and will to mentor and provide support to junior staff members and spread knowledge across the wider architectural community.
Ability and will to update knowledge.
Coordinate and lead the assigned team of 3-5 Architects and ensure that design excellence is achieved throughout.
Excellent command of English.
Developed architectural design skills and understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines.
Lead the design work ensuring project objectives are met, design instructions are implemented and delivery is achieved within the set time and budget.
Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team.
Coordinate and develop responses to review comments, tender queries, contractor’s queries, etc.
Responsible, for the preparation and compilation of design presentations and design reports.
