- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and find new opportunities.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Promote Company's products addressing or predicting customers’ objectives.
- Travel across the UAE to meet prospects and customers.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on Company products.
- Track all sales activities in the sales management system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Provide weekly sales updates on number & quality of meetings, prospects, and customers.
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration
- 3 to 5 years prior experience working in a sales role in UAE or GCC.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills in English and Arabic
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Use of Social Media channels to build a network required.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking skills
- Strong ability to close the deal with Proven track record of positive sales performance.
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
