We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Real Estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, train and mentor a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company and generate new business leads.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
