Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Estimation Engineer / Tender Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing tender proposals, and providing technical support to our clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements.
Conducting site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information.
Preparing accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment required for the project.
Developing detailed tender proposals and pricing documents that meet client requirements.
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and quotes.
Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure that project requirements are met.
Providing technical support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously improving and refining the estimation and tendering process.

المهارات

Bachelor's degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in estimation and tendering for fitout projects.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
