Employee Relations Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
- Investigating incidence of violations or infractions of established HR policies and/or regulatory provisions, resolving or providing guidance to line supervisors on how to handle them, reporting to the appropriate party, recommending next steps, and preparing.
- Following up on reported employee-related issues relating to inappropriate/illegal behavior.
- Advising and guiding employees with respect to Human Resources policies, and related issues including conditions of service contractual provisions, etc.
- Conducting Exit Interviews with employees leaving the company's service as assigned.
- Coordinating and providing support to line managers in implementing the disciplinary process and related table of penalties.
- Providing support to the HR Manager in implementing Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Coordinating and participating in conducting the Country performance appraisal process.
- Coordinating and participating in HR monitoring processes in accordance with established guidelines and policies and reports accordingly.
- Providing ER periodic reports.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or in relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR-Employee Relations, preferably with Retail industries
- Strong understanding of Jordanian Labor law
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving ability
