الوصف الوظيفي
Key Objectives:
- Create and manage business opportunities, support distributors / dealers through technical sales activities, analyze market potential and identify growth drivers, monitor competition & formulate strategies, penetrate to key developers & consultants.
Position Responsibilities:
- • Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Communicate with subsidiaries to implement AC sales strategy and expand sales channels
- Following up Business Opportunities’ (BO) & Win Projects’ rollout plan with subsidiaries and Reporting to AC Head
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
- Communicate with subsidiaries to have realistic sales forecast
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products / services
- Visiting customers and supporting subsidiaries (bridge between region team and MENA HQ)
- Supporting subsidiaries for BO management and spec-in activities with 1st Tier & 2nd tier customers (contractors, MEPs) and consultants
- Maintain customer information updated in the CRM program
- Managing CRM program improvements based on business needs and creating new reports if necessary •
- Supporting Product Manager for new products launches, pricing, market sensing, new regulations etc. •
- Channel by channel sell-out management for RAC
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
المهارات
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong experience in VRF Systems, understanding of principals of Air Conditioning, refrigeration and heating
- Excellent Presentation and training skills (PowerPoint & Excel is a must).
- Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
Qualifications: (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)
- 10 years of experience in HVAC sales
- Bachelor degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Business administration •
- Fluent in English Physical demands and work environment:
