Job Summary:

As a sales representative in the paint industry, your primary responsibility is to generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of paint products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships by regular customer visits, cold calls, and follow-up on inquiries

• Meet and exceed sales targets by selling the company's range of paint products

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate products for their projects

• Work closely with other departments such as production, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

• Proven sales experience in the paint industry or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
