Partnerships Senior Officer

The Partnerships Senior Officer is responsible for generating new revenue streams by promoting and selling INJAZ Programs for local, regional, and international partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The principal duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited:

• Visit, research, write for fundraising opportunities available in the local/international Partners for INJAZ through institutional fundraising activities.
• Build, develop and maintain local, regional and international partnership opportunities databases.
• Research, identify and contact new potential private sector partners, and follow up with current ones regarding ongoing funding opportunities.
• Act as liaison between fundraising and operations department and requirements on the one side and INJAZ’s management and staff on the other side.
• When requested, provide input on the development of public relations materials and presentations aimed at potential donors (in coordination with communication personnel).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations, or any relevant field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in fundraising/or revenue generation
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Follow-up and monitoring skills.
