Hi, my name is Peter Raspopov, I am the owner of one of the fastest growing real estate agencies in Dubai – Intrust Real Estate. We not only help to buy an object at the request of the client, but also have access to exceptional offers from developers with a price below the market.

Due to the active growth of the company, I am looking for a specialist with experience in hiring in the UAE

It is important for me that you have the technology to hire productive employees in the UAE, use all the tools to assess the candidate's professional qualities, work in an organized manner, keep a report of key indicators, learn the best practices in HR and become a real top of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Explore the company's product and the positions we have
  • Write and post selling vacancies on the sites.
  • Conduct online interviews
  • Engage in both mass hiring (real estate brokers) and spot hiring (sales director, marketers, etc.)
  • Test and verify competencies at the interview stage
  • Hire productive candidates in a timely manner
  • Collect information from past jobs
  • Provide a report on each candidate
  • Count your indicators (recruitment funnel) and fill out the report in a timely manner
  • Participate in team coordination
  • To study the SCRUM technology that the whole team uses

Requirements:

  • Work experience as an HR specialist from 3 years, in the UAE from 0.5 years
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • You can tell me in detail about your recruitment funnel and key indicators
  • You know how to write selling vacancies.
  • You have the tools for selecting a candidate and can demonstrate them at an interview as part of a test assignment
  • You know and apply tests (services) to evaluate the candidate: productivity, personal qualities, professional skills
  • Positive attitude, energy.
