We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with expertise in Traffic Signals to oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in traffic signal infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of electricians and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in traffic signal infrastructure.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Plan and schedule work assignments, allocate resources, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project implementation and completion.
Monitor the progress of projects, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and ensure that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and other relevant information, and prepare reports as required.

المهارات

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair, with at least 3 years of experience in traffic signal infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, as well as safety regulations and building codes.
Experience in supervising and managing a team of electricians and technicians.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
