Approve department budgets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and plansAdopt international best practices for policies, regulations, methodologies, and work systemsPrepare and implement an integrated plan for government excellence and initiatives within the departmentDevelop policies, processes, and systems for managing excellence in coordination with relevant authoritiesManage the department's intellectual property system to increase the number of intellectual property and implement innovation and knowledge management policies to enhance readiness for innovation and knowledge maturityManage the benchmarking system, analyse results, and provide technical support to departmentsDevelop systems, strategies, policies, programs, and tools related to innovation and knowledge management systems based on international best practices for implementation and sustainabilitySupport work teams in implementing excellence systems and evaluating institutional performanceTrain and support candidates for excellence awards to meet standardsImplement Dubai Government Excellence Program nomination plan
Profile
A bachelor's degree in Administrative SciencesUAE national with Family Book.10-12 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent knowledge of international best practices in the field of innovation, knowledge management, and excellence management systemsKnowledge of intellectual property management systems and benchmarking systems
